About This Workshop

This 2-hour workshop explores how natural scent can support emotional balance, self-awareness, and daily performance.

Led by Anastasiia Titova, clinical aromatherapist with over 15 years of experience, a full member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA), and founder of OILAND, the session combines knowledge, sensory experience, and practical exploration.

In the first part, participants are introduced to how natural scents — particularly essential oils — interact with the physical, emotional, and mental states. The session explores the connection between body and mind, and how scent can be used as a gentle yet effective tool to regulate one’s state, restore balance, and support clarity and performance.

Special attention is given to the quality of essential oils and why the same scent may have different effects on different individuals. The information shared goes beyond common knowledge, offering insights drawn from years of professional practice.

The second part of the workshop is a guided scent-based experience using a unique method developed by Anastasiia. Through a structured olfactory exercise, participants are invited to observe their responses, connect with their internal needs, and gain insight into patterns that may influence their energy, focus, and results in everyday life.

This workshop is interactive, experiential, and suitable for anyone interested in deepening their awareness through the sense of smell.
