About This Workshop

This science-based workshop is designed to introduce participants to the transformative power of cold exposure as a tool for improving resilience, nervous system regulation, sleep quality, emotional well-being, and overall health.


You will learn how to use the ice bath as a practice of presence, self-awareness, and emotional mastery. The cold has a unique ability to reveal our automatic stress responses and provide an opportunity to develop greater calm, focus, and adaptability in the face of discomfort.


Participants will discover how ice baths can help reduce stress, support recovery, improve circulation, enhance mood, and strengthen the body's natural capacity to cope with life's challenges.


The workshop also explores the relationship between unresolved stress, stored emotional tension, and nervous system dysregulation.
