The Second BWB Expo 2026 to Be Held in Bali, Targeting 150 Exhibitors and 5,000 Visitors

DENPASAR — Bali is set to once again host an international-scale wellness and beauty industry event through the Bali Wellness and Beauty Expo (BWB Expo) 2026, scheduled to take place on 4–6 June 2026 at the Bali Beach Convention Center, The Sanur Bali, located within the Sanur Special Economic Zone (SEZ).

The announcement was made by BWB Expo Managing Director Dr. Diah Permana during a press conference in Denpasar on Monday (2 February 2026). Entering its second year, the event is targeting the participation of 150 exhibitors and approximately 5,000 professional visitors over the three-day exhibition.

“This year’s visitor target is almost double that of the previous edition,” Dr. Diah said. By comparison, BWB Expo 2025 attracted more than 3,000 professional visitors, featuring 80 exhibition booths and 107 wellness and beauty brands from both domestic and international markets.

Domestic participants at the inaugural event came from regions including Bali, Jakarta, Central Java, East Java, and North Sulawesi. International exhibitors and buyers were present from South Korea, Japan, and China, reflecting growing global interest in Indonesia’s wellness and beauty industry.

Carrying the theme “Thrive in Bali: Where Wellness Inspires the World,” BWB Expo 2026 is positioned as a strategic platform that brings together the health, wellness, and beauty industry ecosystem from Indonesia and abroad. The event aims to expand market access, encourage cross-stakeholder collaboration, and strengthen the competitiveness of Indonesia’s wellness and beauty sector in the Asia-Pacific region.

In addition to the exhibition, BWB Expo 2026 is designed as a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform through programs such as business matching sessions, business meetings, industry discussion forums, brand presentations, panel discussions, and workshops featuring national and international speakers. A Business-to-Consumer (B2C) approach is also incorporated to facilitate direct engagement between brands and consumers through experiential activities and interactive programs.

In terms of institutional support, BWB Expo 2026 has received endorsement from the Ministry of Tourism and is supported by several other government bodies, including the Ministry of HealthMinistry of IndustryMinistry of TradeMinistry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. International promotional efforts have also been carried out through major global forums such as the ASEAN Travel ForumTherapy World Tokyo, and World Travel Market London.

By prioritizing sustainability principles, BWB Expo 2026 is expected to further strengthen Bali’s position as a global hub for the wellness and beauty industry, while simultaneously supporting the growth of an inclusive and sustainable health-based industry in Indonesia.
