Strengthening Global Competitiveness, BWB Expo 2026 Establishes Strategic Collaboration with Indonesia’s Vice Minister of MSMEs

Denpasar, Bali – In an effort to strengthen the global competitiveness of Indonesia’s wellness and beauty industry, the organizers of Bali Wellness and Beauty (BWB) Expo 2026 held a courtesy call meeting with the Vice Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of the Republic of Indonesia on Thursday, 7 May 2026.
The meeting discussed various strategic initiatives aimed at aligning government programs with the vision of BWB Expo 2026 in supporting the sustainable and globally oriented growth of Indonesia’s wellness industry. The collaboration primarily focuses on strengthening support for local businesses in the health, fitness, beauty, and wellness lifestyle sectors, all of which hold significant potential in the international market.
Through this synergy, both parties are committed to creating broader opportunities for Indonesian brands and MSMEs to strengthen their capabilities, expand business networks, and introduce their products and services to the global market. BWB Expo 2026 is envisioned as a strategic platform for industry players to innovate, collaborate, and expand their international market reach.
This collaboration is also aligned with the government’s vision to advance the #UMKMNaikKelas and #MSMEGoGlobal initiatives, while further strengthening Indonesia’s position in the rapidly growing global wellness industry. With the support and synergy of Indonesia’s Ministry of MSMEs, BWB Expo 2026 is expected to serve as a catalyst for enhancing the quality, competitiveness, and standards of Indonesia’s wellness industry to meet the demands of the international market.
Moving forward, BWB Expo 2026 will not only serve as an international exhibition, but also as a cross-sector collaboration platform that brings together government institutions, industry leaders, investors, academics, and wellness communities to build a stronger, more innovative, and internationally competitive wellness ecosystem in Indonesia.
Carrying the theme “Thrive in Bali: Where Wellness Inspires the World,” BWB Expo 2026 is expected to further strengthen the position of Bali and Indonesia as one of the world’s leading wellness destinations and a growing hub for wellness innovation at both regional and global levels.
