Feri Agustian Soleh

Feri Agustian (Soleh) is a seasoned entrepreneur, industry leader, and advocate for the advancement of Indonesia’s wellness, essential oils, and natural ingredients sectors. With a multidisciplinary background spanning tourism, hospitality, information technology, international business development, and the global flavor and fragrance industry, he brings more than three decades of cross-sector leadership experience across Indonesia, the United States, Singapore, and Africa.

A graduate of Hotel Administration from Bali Tourism Institute (now Bali Tourism Polytechnic), Feri is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Applied Tourism at POLTEKPAR NHI Bandung, with a research focus on the development of Indonesia’s wellness ecosystem. Throughout his career, he has contributed significantly to the growth of hospitality, technology, and natural ingredient industries, while championing sustainable development and community-based economic empowerment.

His professional journey culminated in leading the establishment of Indesso Tanzania (Zanzibar) Ltd., where he spearheaded the development of a sustainable clove leaf oil ecosystem through transparent partnerships with local farming communities. Today, he continues to play an active role in shaping Indonesia’s wellness and aromatherapy landscape through various business ventures, industry associations, and strategic initiatives.

As Co-Founder and Project Director of Bali Wellness & Beauty Expo, he is committed to positioning Bali and Indonesia as leading global destinations for wellness, beauty, and holistic health. He also actively supports the development of Indonesia’s essential oils industry through entrepreneurial initiatives, industry advocacy, and international collaboration.
