Doddy Akhmadsyah Matondang, S.T., M.Si. is a seasoned executive, strategic communications professional, and business leader with extensive experience in tourism, investment, special economic zones, MSME development, corporate strategy, and stakeholder engagement. With more than 15 years of experience across state-owned enterprises, government institutions, tourism development organizations, and the MICE industry, he has played a pivotal role in driving business transformation, investment promotion, and economic development initiatives in Indonesia.

Currently serving as President Director of SMESCO Indonesia, a public service agency under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Doddy leads national initiatives aimed at strengthening MSME competitiveness, market access, business capacity building, financing, and international promotion. He is also pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Management at Udayana University, further reinforcing his expertise in strategic leadership and organizational transformation.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions within InJourney Group and its subsidiaries, contributing to the development of tourism destinations, investment ecosystems, and the Sanur Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
