To ensure maximum results and maintain safety, we recommend:

Hydration is Key: Drink 2–3 liters of water daily for at least three days after the treatment. This helps your lymphatic system eliminate the broken-down fat cells more efficiently.

Sun Protection: Although ONDA is safe for all skin types, we recommend avoiding intense direct sun exposure on the treated area for 48 hours to prevent sensitivity.

Temperature Control: If you experience mild redness or erythema, avoid hot showers, saunas, or steam rooms for 24–48 hours until your skin tone returns to normal.

Light Activity: We recommend light physical activity, such as walking, to stimulate lymphatic drainage and enhance the contouring effect.
