Ross Woods is a seasoned hotel investment advisor with over 30 years of global experience in hotel strategy, asset management, and feasibility analysis. Based in Bali, he is the Founder and Head of PT Hotel Investasi Strategis, a boutique advisory firm specializing in hotel investment, sustainable tourism development, and portfolio optimization across Indonesia. Ross previously served as Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers New York and Vice President of Asset Management at Prudential Real Estate Investors. He was also an Adjunct Professor at New York University, where he taught courses in statistics and quantitative analysis.
