Bayu Ahmad Ramdani is the Deputy Group Head of Research & Development at Paragon Corp. He has a comprehensive career track record within the same company since 2016.

His career journey at Paragon Corp began as an R&D Color Cosmetics Scientist and has since progressed to various leadership positions, including Head of R&D for Color Cosmetics, Brand Development for Personal Care & Male Grooming, and Senior Head of R&D for Raw Material & Health & Wellness.

Bayu completed all of his education at the School of Pharmacy, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science & Technology, a Master's in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, and his professional Apothecary degree.
