Ade Rai

Ade Rai, whose full name is I Gusti Agung Kusuma Yudha Rai, is a professional bodybuilder and a fitness icon from Indonesia. He was born in Denpasar, Bali, on May 6, 1970. As a child, Ade was known for having a very slim physique, but this did not stop him from pursuing the world of fitness and transforming himself into one of the most influential figures in Indonesian bodybuilding.

Ade Rai's bodybuilding career began in 1994 when he won the National Championship. His name gained international recognition after he won the Mr. Asia title in 1995 and the Musclemania World Championship in the United States in 1996. His greatest achievement came when he won a gold medal for Indonesia at the 1997 SEA Games held in Jakarta. He ended his competitive career with a victory at the Superbody World Championship in 2000.

After retiring from competition, Ade Rai remained active in promoting a healthy lifestyle and fitness. He established gyms and healthy food restaurants in various cities across Indonesia, and founded the Rai Institute, which focuses on fitness education. In addition, Ade is also known as a motivational speaker, often appearing in seminars and media to inspire people to live healthier lives without the use of performance-enhancing drugs.
